A little information to run paint nights. Here’s where it goes.

Who this notice covers

This notice explains information handled through the Canvases & Cocktails website and when you contact us about paint nights. Questions can go to canvasesandcocktails207@gmail.com.

Browsing this website

We do not offer customer accounts or a newsletter signup on this site, and we have not added analytics tools or advertising trackers. The website does not set cookies for public visitors.

Our private-party inquiry helper prepares an email on your device. Entering details there does not submit them to us. You choose whether to send the email through your own email app; your email provider processes it under its own policies.

Playing with the paint

The interactive paint layer runs on your device. Your marks stay only in the current page’s memory: we do not upload them or save them in cookies or browser storage. Use Clear to remove them, or reload or leave the page.

Your display preference

If you choose light or dark mode, we save that choice in your browser’s local storage so it stays selected on your next visit. This preference is not sent to us. Clearing this site’s browser data resets it.

Hosting and technical information

This version of the website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting platform processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, and the requested page. Hosting providers may retain operational and security logs under their service settings and policies. If the platform asks you to sign in to access this preview, it handles that access under OpenAI’s privacy policy.

When you email, call, or text

We receive the contact details and information you choose to share, such as your name, email address or phone number, preferred date, and party size. We use those details to respond and help arrange your event. Our email and phone providers also process those communications.

Please do not send payment-card details or other sensitive information by email or text. For an accessibility question, tell us the help you need; you do not need to send a medical history.

Tickets happen on Eventbrite

When you tap “Get tickets,” you leave this site and buy on Eventbrite, under their privacy policy. Eventbrite makes attendee and order information available to the event organizer to manage bookings, check-in, and event communications. This website does not take your card payment. The event flyer images you see in our “Upcoming nights” section also load from Eventbrite’s image servers.

Fonts

Our font files are served with the website. Your browser does not need to request them separately from Google Fonts.

Social & contact links

Links to Instagram, Facebook, email, and phone open those services or your own apps. Those services have their own privacy practices. Information you send directly to us is also covered by the contact section above.

Photos from paint nights

If an event photo on this website includes you and you would prefer it did not, email canvasesandcocktails207@gmail.com with a link or description so we can help with removal. Let the host know if you prefer not to be photographed at an event.

Records and privacy requests

Contact us if you want to ask what information we hold about you, correct something, or request deletion. Some booking or payment records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations, or resolving a dispute. Records held by services such as Eventbrite are also subject to their own policies.

Kids

This website is intended for adults planning events. A parent or guardian should handle booking and contact for a child attending an eligible paint night. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. Age rules for attendance are explained in the booking FAQ.

If any of this ever changes

If the site ever starts collecting something (say, a newsletter signup), this notice will need to reflect the new practice. The date above shows the latest revision.
