House rules for this website

Last updated November 3, 2026

it’s a website about paint nights. these are the ground rules.

What this site is

This is the online home of Canvases & Cocktails — Brandy’s traveling paint-night business in midcoast Maine. It exists to tell you where the paint nights are and how to join one. Ticket purchases take place through the linked booking service. These website terms do not replace the terms of your event booking.

Events, tickets & prices

Event information may be summarized on this website, but dates and details can change and events may sell out at any time. The Eventbrite listing is always the source of truth for dates, times, prices, availability, and refunds — ticket purchases happen there, under Eventbrite’s terms and the listing’s own policies. Food and drinks at a paint night are ordered from (and governed by) the venue.

Refunds, cancellations, and private bookings

Read the refund policy on the specific event before buying: policies can differ between events. Eventbrite’s requirements for canceled events and your applicable consumer rights still apply. Our booking FAQ explains how to request help.

For a private party, ask for the date, venue, price, inclusions, payment schedule, and cancellation terms in writing before committing. An inquiry by itself is not a confirmed reservation.

Attending a paint night

Check the event listing for its instructor, age rules, timing, location, and anything specific to that session. For venue access or assistance using this website, see accessibility and booking help.

Brandy’s art

The artwork, designs, photos, and words on this site are protected by their respective creators’ rights. Please ask before reusing them commercially. The painting you make at a paint night is yours — hang it proudly.

Links that leave this site

Eventbrite, Instagram, and Facebook are their own services with their own terms and policies. We link to them because that’s where the action is, but we’re not responsible for what happens on their side of the door.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but listings can change and links or services can stop working. Check your event listing and booking confirmation before traveling. If something looks wrong, please tell us using the contact details below. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under applicable law.

Changes

If these terms change, this page and the date at the top change with them.
